Order Processing

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been received. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand using reputable courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Typical delivery times are one to three working days for urban addresses and longer for rural addresses.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier. Delays may occur due to courier volume, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery addresses may incur additional charges and longer delivery timeframes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct address type is selected at checkout.

Bulk Food and Packaging

All bulk food and refill products are packed with care to maintain freshness and minimise damage during transit. While every reasonable precaution is taken, we cannot guarantee that items will not shift during delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.

Local Pickup / In-Store Collection

Local pickup or in-store collection is available during business hours. Orders placed for collection are typically ready within one hour, subject to product availability and order volume. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled or refunded at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will assist with lodging enquiries or claims with the courier where appropriate, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier once the order has been dispatched.
