Uses
Uses
Use 1 heaped teaspoon for 250ml cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water, steep for 6-10 minutes then pour.
Steep in hot water for a refreshing herbal infusion, or enjoy chilled as an iced tea. Peppermint can also be blended with other herbs, used to flavour desserts and syrups, or enjoyed after meals as a soothing, aromatic beverage.
