Uses
Uses
Use 1 heaped teaspoon for 250ml cup of tea. Add freshly boiled water and steep for 6 - 10 minutes then pour.
Steep in hot water for a refreshing herbal tea, or enjoy chilled over ice for a cooling drink. Spearmint can also be blended with other herbs, infused into syrups, or used to add a fresh minty flavour to desserts and beverages.
